The thoughts jot down is the most common aspects of life which all of us are performing / facing in day to day life knowingly or unknowingly.
Whatever thoughts shared is read by most of us in different forms but the message remains common.

Growing Professionally
We can’t presume other people to understand / know what we want in return (for the hardship we put in). It is not a magic. :)

We need to be clear and precise toward our goals (Goal: “Tasks which a person intends to achieve a specific or desired result.”) and should not be apprehensive on going after them.

• Asking seniors what he / she wants – will help in clearly defining the requisite job description.
• Ask your seniors for the requisite skill sets you need to exhibit. It will also aid in strengthening the skills & making them more process oriented.
• This will assist you in defining sharp & clearly defined goals so that you can measure them.
• Document the conversation – will validate the same.
• Pen down the tasks and skills – Put it on the Pin Board in front of you. Read it daily before you start your day, it will strengthen the objective.
• Master the skills – will put you in a better spot.
